Cookie information

A cookie is a short data packet that is exchanged between Internet servers and browsers. The server sends the data packet to the browser, which sends it back to the server each time a file is called. Urbn-Barrel uses cookies to recognize you as a visitor when you visit several websites.
Basically, a distinction is made between two different types of cookies, so-called session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser and temporary / permanent cookies that are stored for a longer period or unlimited on your data carrier. This storage helps us to tailor our website and our offers to you and makes it easier for you to use them, for example by saving certain input from you so that you do not have to constantly repeat it.

Most of the cookies we use are automatically deleted from your hard drive after the end of the browser session (end of the session) (hence session cookies). Session cookies are required, for example, to offer you the shopping cart feature across multiple pages. In addition, we also use cookies that remain with you on the hard drive. On another visit, it is automatically recognized that you were already with us and what inputs and settings you prefer. These temporary or permanent cookies (lifetime 1 month to 10 years) are stored on your hard disk and delete themselves after the given time. In particular, these cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. For example, these files may allow you to see information that is specifically tailored to your interests on the page. The sole purpose of these cookies is to tailor our offer to your needs and to make browsing with us as comfortable as possible.

The cookies used by Siepe GmbH store only pseudonymous data. When the cookie is activated, it will be assigned an identification number and no assignment of your personal data to this identification number will be made. Your name, IP address or similar data that would allow the cookie to be associated with you will not be inserted into the cookie. Based on the cookie technology, we only receive pseudonymous information, such as which pages of our shop were visited, which products were viewed, etc.
